Mr. Shiavux Mistry is a very senior practising
chartered accountant. He has to his credit a number of books on direct
taxes and finance with professional, practical approach. Among some of

and students.

Another white feather in the Author’s cap is his

multi-national corporations, public sector and private companies,
stock exchanges, government boards and agencies, and above all,
finance and works managers, chief executives, chartered accountants,
cost accountants, company secretaries, management studies institutes,
and colleges. The CD is operative for single users with such
facilities as, data compilation, analysis reports, graphs, help,
general and scientific calculators, and yearly calendar, all for
Windows 95 to 98 and NT, and protected for confidential purposes.
